SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFICERS' TRAINING PROGRAMME (CHOTP) ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2022/2023 ADMISSION INTO THE SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFICERS' TRAINING PROGRAMME (CHOTP)
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Community Health Officers' Training Programme (CHOTP), UDUTH, Sokoto.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
The following category of students are eligible for admission:

Holders of Diploma in Community Health (or CHEWS with abridged certificates) with at least one (1) year working experience.
CHEWS with at least five (5) years post qualification experience.
Candidates with above certificates must possess at least five (5) O' level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics in SSCE at not more than two (2) sittings.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

The sum of five thousand Naira (NGN5,000) only should be paid into School of Community Health Officers' Training Programme (CHOTP), UDUTH account via Remita (by selecting UDUTH Community Health Officers Training Programme from Service Type drop-down menu).
The original copy of the payment reciept should be presented to the School's Students Affairs Officer where the login details (PIN number) will be issued.

The portal will be opened on 1^st February, 2022 and closes on 29^th July, 2022
Eligible candidates would be invited for entrance examination and oral interview on August, 2022 at the School premises.
